| About Me | After my graduate degree I worked in the Higher Education field, including as a University Dean. I also taught Women's Studies courses, an Educational Psychology course and have worked, advocated and been an activist in a variety of areas focused on marginalized and under-served communities and social justice including around women’s issues, poverty, persons with disabilities, gender identity, racial justice and the rights of the LGBTQ+ community. I'm also a board-certified Holistic Health Practitioner and served as the Support Services Director working with breast cancer survivors and thrivers.
