Paul Vanderbush

Class of 1965

I was dumb enough to pull a prank in Mr. Roberts room. I attached the spark plug cleaner wire to my friend Dave Rogowskis' metal chair frame just before Mr. Roberts came into the room. While he was lecturing us how stupid we were
and would probably not amount to anything, i pressed the button and watched Dave fly off the chair. Mr.Roberts was furious and screamed at Dave for disrupting him. After things calmed down, I was dumb enough to give it one more shot.
When Dave jumped again,Mr. Roberts came over to smack him but noticed the attached wire. He concluded that I was the only one close to the button
that could have pushed it.
If you are a Burgard Alumni you probably can guess what happened next.
