Down the Brickyard Road
He lived out his best days, and now they are gone, but we know he isn't coming back home.
And we can't bring back yesterday, but we will all be together again (someday).
I thought I saw a Freebird fly, carrying him down to the Brickyard Road.
Do you realize what you have done? (Son),
You touched the hearts of everyone.
You might have died too young, but your memory lives on.
You lived out your dreams as we all have seen! And we hope you made your way down, to the brickyard road.
