About Me	I was a single mom for 8 years then married a wonderful human being that I adore named, Bob. We have two children; Pedro, 27, and Linda,26 and Juan Jose, 35 (Ruben Lopez's son). I was in the Insurance Industries for over 25. When I sold my agency and retired, I was offered a temporary job at the high school where my husband works ; I am still here! I love my job and I love working with high school kids - they are GREAT! I serve as a mentor and a role model to many of them and tell them that they can be anything they want. Getting an education is the key that opens the door to many opportunities. I know, I lived it! Contrary to many obstacles I encounter in live I was able to overcome them and make the best of it. In my family, I was the rebel, because I wanted to go to college and be more than just a housewife - I wanted to get a education.
