Upon graduation with BS in Physics, commissioned Chemical Corps Officer. As Captain, attended Nuclear Weapons Officer Course and served in that capacity in 2nd Infantry Division, DMZ, South Korea. Also served as a Test Officer for US Army equipment and Doctrine development. Other assignments included Thailand, Guam, Philippines, Fort McClellan, AL, and Fort Hood, TX. Retired in 1996.
