Aviation Ordnanceman 2 tours on the USS Kittyhawk one with RVAH11 67-68 WestPac with a stint in the sea of Japan when the USS Pueblo was captured. The other was 68-69 Westpac with another stint for support when one of our Recon planes was shot down. My 3rd and last cruise was with the USS Independence in the Mediterranean 1970 with support when the PLO hijacked two airliners in Turkey. Got out in Dec. of 70.
