About Me	Life is not just what you make of it...it's about how you are effected by those around you...both those you love and don't love so much. We can't take one moment for granted because in that moment our lives change. After marrying my high school sweetheart while in college and leaving college my senior year, I returned 3 years later to finish my Bachelor's Degree in Socioloy, Social Work, and Elementary Education. I loved working in Adult Corrections and as an advocate for victims of Domestic Violoence and Sexual Assault. After divorcing in 2000, I met my current and final husband at work. Times have been trying, but we've made it this far. Due to long standing spinal issues, I became unable to work in 2001. After three years of legal battles and denials, I finally received Disability Compensation. I have exhausted all medical interventions and have been told to make the best of what I have left.
