topped with Chimichurri sauce. Served with penne pasta tossed in a cheddar Béchamel with our seasonal vegetables.
PECAN & PARMESAN CRUSTED MAHI MAHI
topped with mandarin oranges, artichoke hearts, basil, and a citrus butter sauce. Served with ginger jasmine rice and seasonal vegetables.
CHICKEN PICCATA
chicken breast lightly sautéed in lemon-caper sauce and served over angel hair pasta.

Topped with whipped cream and fresh fruit. Served with raspberry, white chocolate, and milk chocolate sauce.
