Williamsburg - Mr. Charles A. "Chuck" Crump, 28, of 102 Hickory Hills Dr., died Tuesday at Norfolk General Hospital from injuries sustained in an auto accident.
A lifelong Williamsburg resident, he was employed by J & L Association as a warehouseman for the past eight years. He was a member of Mount Ararat Baptist Church of Williamsburg.
In 1978 he graduated from Bruton High School and attended Norfolk State University. He also played basketball for the Williamsburg city leagues.
Survivors include a daughter, Taneil Crump of Williamsburg; his father, Harold Crump of Williamsburg; a sister, Miss Tamara Crump of Williamsburg; two brothers, Angelo Crump of Washington, Keith Crump of Williamsburg; and paternal grandparents, Mr. Charles and Mrs. Della Crump of Williamsburg.
