Charlie was 54 when he had a heart attack on a deer hunting trip near Brunswick, MO. He told the Methodist minister the Sunday before his death that he would not be in service next Sunday. The minister asked why, Chaley's response was "I will be deer hunting and I will be closer to God than you will be on that day.". I guess Charley was prophetic in his statement.
