About Me	In 2001 I began working for the Mississippi Department of Mental Health. I also accepted my calling in youth ministry. In November 2003, I married my sweat-heart Kimberly Tillman. On January 17, 2007 my first son was born (Khyriek Rashad Welch). In December 2007, we relocated to St Louis, Mo. I am currently employed employed with the Missouri Department of Mental Health. In 2008 I recieved my Commercial Drivers License and is also driving for the St. Louis Department of Transportation. God is still first in my life, and my salvation is important to me.
