About	She was born at Punxsutawney, PA to Robert and Verna Fulton. Helen was one of the nicest classmates at Brownsburg High School, Indiana. She was a1964-1965 Drill Team member at Brownsburg. She married Charles Smoot on January 31, 1969. Both were 1967 graduates from Brownsburg High School. She was admitted to the Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana on March 18, 2019. Truly a classmate that shall be missed. Helen, Rest in peace.
