About Me	Neil Palmer & Associates was founded in 1994 to assist clients with efforts to evaluate, site, permit and construct major projects, especially those in regulated energy industries. Success led to work for clients in industrial development, landfill, communications, and the railroad industries. Before launching his consulting practice, Neil Palmer spent 21 years with Wisconsin Electric Power Company (now We Energies.) Active in local affairs, Neil served seven terms as a trustee of the Village of Elm Grove, Wisconsin before being elected Village President in 2005, a position he still holds. In addition, he also is Chairman of the Planning Commission on which he has served for 20+ years. Neil represents Elm Grove on the Waukesha Cooperation Council where he previously served as Chairman. He was also Chairman of the Board of the Southeastern Wisconsin Watersheds Trust. Neil also served on the Board of Directors of the League of Wisconsin Municipalities for several years.
