| About Me | During college, I interned for James Cameron/Jon Landau in Santa Monica CA six months post TITANIC. I moved to Los Angeles immediately following my graduation from FSU in December of 2000. I started at ICM (International Creative Management), a major talent agency, in the TV Packaging Department (this is the same department that packaged and sold FRIENDS to NBC). I got to know all comedians and comedy writers/producers there, and dabbled in some hosting/reporting myself--though it's ultimately not where I wanted to take my career. From ICM, I took a job reporting to the head of development for Comedy Central, working on the development of such shows as RENO 911, CHAPPELLE'S SHOW, THE COLBERT REPORT, THE SHOWBIZ SHOW WITH DAVID SPADE, THE SARAH SILVERMAN PROGRAMME, NAKED TRUCKER, and the (sadly passed upon) GAY ROBOT (www.myspace.com/thegayrobot). I was promoted to Development Executive after about a year there and have been working in that capacity every since. In June of 2006 after a great run at CC, I left and decided to segue my scripted knowledge into reality television, accepting an Executive position at Rocket Science Labs. RSL is best known for JOE MILLIONAIRE, TEMPTATION ISLAND, TRADING SPOUSES, and MY BIG FAT OBNOXIOUS FIANCE. I have two shows that will be coming out soon, BULLRUN on Spike TV and WHEN WOMEN RULE THE WORLD for FOX. I consulted as Vice President of Development for a production company called GoldJack Productions, working with them to get their development slate off the ground, and just three months ago accepted a Head of Television Development position at LMNO Productions. We produce Boot Camp, I Wanna Be a Soapstar, Race to the Altar, Bachelorettes in Alaska, Over Your Head, and Deserving Design among thousands of other hours. About four years ago, following my divorce from my college sweetheart (we do it way too early in the South, folks!), I met the love of my life, Adrian Kulp. Adrian is a TV Development Executive, working for Adam Sandler at his Happy Madison Productions shingle on the Sony lot. Adrian's team is responsible for CBS' new hit RULES OF ENGAGEMENT. Speaking of which, we're looking at one of our own! Adrian proposed May 18 and we're considering an August 2008 wedding at the incredible Ahwahnee Lodge in Yosemite National Park. My sister Brooke who graduated the year after me had twins May 6... that's the big focus in our family right now!
