Jaax, Kevin Lee 65, of Dayton, MN entered eternal peace and rest on June 26th, 2024. He passed unexpectedly, on a beautiful summer day, doing what he loved- riding his Harley with his wife, Dawn Jaax. His abrupt departure has left his family heartbroken. Kevin was born on November 18, 1958 to Wayne and Janet Jaax in Minneapolis, MN. Kevin was married to Dawn on October 2, 1982. They began their life in a cozy home where they then welcomed their three children, Aaron, Andy, and Angela. Kevin often fondly recalled removing and rebuilding walls numerous times to accommodate their quickly growing family! Kevin was a dedicated employee to the city of Golden Valley where he worked for 36-years. He was recently retired in December 2023 and had great plans to travel with his new camper, enjoy long rides on his Harley, and work on his many projects. Kevin is survived by his children Aaron (Liz) Jaax, Andy (Caitlin) Jaax, and Angela (Calvin) Tomczak, his granddaughters Bennett, Blake, and Baylor Jaax, and his siblings Gary Jaax and Jana Cameron. He is preceded in death by his parents Wayne and Janet Jaax and granddaughter Elliot Jaax. His family rests knowing Kevin and Dawn are together with their creator.
