I remember Jeff very well one night a bunch of us guys were in Greenfield park just raising hell Jeff climbed up a light pole he was at the very top of the pole tossing M80’s and Cherry Bombs in the water at the lagoon the West Allis cops showed up with Jeff still at the top of the pole they came to chase us kids out of the park surprisingly not noticing him still at the top of the light pole after we and the cops left he was finally able to climb down from his perch and that was the last time he ever did something like that
