About Me	I spent my adult life trying to lose the weight I gained when I was a kid.At one time I couldn't even weigh myself on the Doctors scale.It didn't go that high.Today I'm around 190,and had surgery in 2000 to remove the extra skin and fat,and almost died from the 10hour operation. I was also very shy from being put down most of my childhood because of being over weight. I tured my addiction from food to working out in 1980,by running and lifting weights.
