Fred Buelow is survived by Janet Redlus Buelow. '52, his six children and five grand children.
He began his career at IBM then moved west to Silicon Valley start ups including Amdahl, Microtechnology, Storage Technology, AIDA, Teradyne, and HAL. He was active in the Unitarian Universalist Church of Palo Alto where he served as President and Treasurer.
