About Mass of Christian Burial for Deborah Dee (Clarke) Isaacs, age 50 formerly of Berwyn, Nebraska will be Wednesday, August 12th, at 10:30am at St. Mary’s Cathedral in Grand Island. Father Richard Piontkowski will be celebrating Mass. Burial will be in the Shelton Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, August 11th, at All Faiths Funeral Home in Grand Island.


Survivors include her husband, Robert; her granddaughters, Natalie and Nora; her parents, Hugh “Mike” and Joyce Clarke of Berwyn; mother-in-law, Doris Isaacs; brother, Michael (Michelle) Clarke of Berwyn; sisters, Lisa (Tom) McMillan of Milburn and Christy (Josh) Berghorst of Berwyn; and sister-in-law, Pat (Terry) Yendra of Gibbon. She was always generous with her nieces and nephews, they include, Lacey, Lane and Levi Clarke, Russell, BaiLee and Sammy Joe McMillan, Alex, Trey and Wade Berghorst, Ashley (Adam) Dark,and Jamie Yendra and many friends. A memorial fund will be established in memory of Deborah.

Deborah died Tuesday, August 4, 2015 near Miles City, Montana as the result of a motorcycle accident. She departed this life doing one of the two things she enjoyed, driving trucks and riding motorcycles.

Debbie was born December 13, 1964 at Broken Bow the daughter of Hugh “Mike” and Joyce Clarke.

Debbie graduated from Broken Bow High School class of 1983. She started working construction and driving trucks out of high school. She was united in marriage to Robert Isaacs on June 13, 1990 and welcomed his young daughter Jessica into their home. They made their home in Shelton. She worked many jobs but always found time to come back to Berwyn to help with branding, weaning calves and processing beef. She worked for 14 years at Parris Trucking in Grand Island; then worked for Shelton Public Schools as the “Lunch Lady”; Casey’s General Store in Wood River and was currently employed by the Wood River Country Club.
