About	Barbara A. Emswiler April 24, 2010 Barbara A. Emswiler, 70 Harrisonburg Barbara Ann Emswiler, 70, died April 24, 2010, at Rockingham Memorial Hospital where she had been a patient. Mrs. Emswiler was born March 7, 1940 in Rockingham County and was the daughter of the late William Jennings and Elenora Frye Biller. Mrs. Emswiler worked as the office manager at Flat Rock Quarry for many years. She was a member of the South Harrisonburg Congregation of Jehovahâ€™s Witnesses. On June 11, 1959, she married James Byron Emswiler who preceded her in death on April 12, 2010. Surviving are two sons, James Myron Emswiler and wife Cherie of Fishersville; Kevin Brent Emswiler and wife Karen of Harrisonburg; two sisters, Mary Mundy of Harrisonburg; Linda Trumbo of Fulks Run; two step grandsons, Cody Comer and Kyle Comer. Mrs. Emswiler was preceded in death by a sister, Geraldine Shipp and a brother Boyd Biller. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at 3p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahâ€™s Witnesses with Aaron Einstein officiating. The burial will be private. The family will receive friends at the Kingdom Hall following the memorial service. Honoring her wishes to be cremated, McMullen Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
