Favorite School Memory | All of it High School was a great time for me. |
About Me | Right after High School I went off to the Marine Corps where I spent four interesting years in the Marine Corps. During that time I went to Japan, Korea, Philippians, Spain, Germany, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia (Persian Gulf War Stuff). I got to see some really cool things and had some of the most wonderful times of my life. I left the Marines in 1992 to return to Michigan, it was also the year that I married and had my wonderful daughter Alyssa. In 1993 I moved to Atlanta, GA and started a position as the Director of Security for Wells Fargo Guard Services. I stayed with them until November of 1995 when I completed my first degree in Electronic Technology and was recruited by Intel Corporation. I moved to Albuquerque, NM in 1995 to start work with them in Manufacturing, where I trained and developed their manufacturing workforce. From 1995 – 2000 I remained in Albuquerque was divorced from my first wife in 1996 and remarried to the most amazing women Tricia in 1997. We moved to Colorado in 2000 when Intel opened a new site in Colorado Springs, CO which is where my wife is from. We live in a small mountain town about 8500 feet above sea level and in the shadow of Pikes Peak. It’s one of the most beautiful places I have ever lived in my life and it has some many things to do and see. In 2002 I got custody of my daughter after her mother remarried and she has been living with me and Tricia for the last six years and I couldn’t be happier. In 2004 I finished my second degree in Technical Management and Project Management from there my career took off and I was moving forward in Training and Lean Manufacturing with Intel. I’m now working as a Training Program Manager where I develop and deliver training programs to employees. I have taken up snowboarding and camping as major hobbies as well as traveling with my wife. Currently I’m attending college to get my Masters degree in Adult Education and Training as well as my Colorado State teaching license so I can start to pursue my goal of teaching college and sharing my Training, Project Management, and Lean Manufacturing experience with others. Life after High School has been really good and I couldn’t be happier then I am right now. I have a wonderful daughter who is now 15 ½ and the most amazing wife that I have been married to for o...(read more) |
