Dr. Janos has a wide span of public service since graduating from high school in 1967. He has worked his way up the latter of sucess and experience by continuous schooling and dedication toward his work. He served ten years in the military, seeing foreign service in Korea, he served in the Navy aboard nuclear submarine. After the military service he worked in the Ohio Valley as a broadcast engineer for several radio stations, being the Chief Engineer at WKWK AM and FM in the 1990's. Dr. Janos also attended college and went on to earn his AAS, BA, MS, and two Ph.D's. He worked at Beathany College to develope their engineering department for radio and television. Later he worked at Vandenberg Air Force Base as a Safety Intern. After his Safety Internship, Dr. Janos returned back to the Ohio Valley and worked eight years in the library system in Wheeling WV as a reference librarian. His current position is with the West Virginia Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management as a Radiologial Emergency Planner for the northern panhandle area.
