About Me	Altho' my papa and I are different in some ways, there is one area where I have followed in his footsteps: Love of and devotion to family. I would lay down my life for my wife and daughter and they both know it. Very happily married to a Cuban-American; father to an only daughter who graduated cum laude from East Stroudsburg U. in PA with a degree in Hospitality Studies. Teaching French in one of the top h.s. in US here in NJ; spent several years in holistic medicine East and West Coasts, RN training at UMDNJ (all late '70s-mid 80s); travel to Greece, France, Spain, other parts of Europe, Ecuador (adopted daughter there 1985), Mexico & Canada (hope to retire to latter...Nova Scotia? Quebec? Ontario?); speak fluent Greek, French, pretty good Spanish, get by in German and Italian.
