BHS football player nicknamed "Weasel". After graduation, John & his buddies joined the USAF on the "buddy" system. After boot camp, they were separated, & John was sent to serve his time in Alaska. While there, he got burns from catching on fire. He had his jaw broken & spent time in Seattle hospital. Upon discharge, he came home & married. He died Nov. 25, 1962, not quite a year after his father died, at age 26.
