Graduated from Ferris University, with honors, December 2009 as a 2nd Lt. and as a Distinguished Military Graduate. Stationed at Ft. Benning, GA for one year; currently stationed at Ft. Riley, KS; scheduled for one year deployment to Afganistan, April, 2011

Served 22.5 years as a Aircraft Mechanic. Sailed on 6 major deployments aboard carriers. Visited many countries all over the world! Retired as a Senior Chief Petty Officer E/8 in 1991, not bad for a farm boy from a small town in Michigan. What I learned is that the area I grew up Kaleva / Brethren / Wellston is truly a PARADISE!!!!

Scott Lenz has served in the United States Coast Guard since 2000. He has been stationed in Virginia, Minnesota, Michigan, and Indiana. He is currently married to his wife Olivia E. Lenz also a graduate of Brethren High school and has three sons.
