About	James F. McIntyre Jr. (Mac), 75 of Orlando Florida passed away peacefully on Tuesday May 31, 2022 after brief period of declining health. He was born on January 10, 1947 in Buffalo, NY to the late James & Mary (Ruhland) McIntyre. Jim graduated from Brentwood High School in Brentwood, PA in 1966. Jim earned his Bachelor's of Science and Master’s degree in Education from the University of Akron. He began his career with Rittman schools as a special education teacher. Coach Mac lead the boys’ basketball team that became district champs in 1979 and also coached football and was the ski club instructor. Jim went onto to become the Work-Study Coordinator for Wayne County Schools. Jim loved the Pittsburgh Steelers, watching sports, golfing, boating, and traveling. Jim is survived by his wife Cheryl (Cramer) McIntyre of Orlando, Florida; Daughters Heather (David) Stoll of Rittman, Ohio and Lauren (Robert) Mackie of Charleston, SC.; Son J.R. (Maribel) McIntyre of Bradenton, Florida; Sisters Jackie (Jim) Froelich of Orlando, Florida, Sandy (Mike) Leonard of Eustis, Florida; Step-Children Aaron, Nathan, and Ryan Anderson; Grandchildren Brett Huth, Spencer Stoll, Mia Koplar, Ava McIntyre, Cora Mackie, Hensley Mackie, Jack Anderson, Grace Anderson, and Logan Anderson. The family would like to thank Vitas Hospice of Orlando, Florida for the care and compassion they showed our loved one in his final days.
