About	David attended Indiana State College, became social worker in Coudersport Pa. Then a hospital administrator in Williamsport. He joined his son, David B Ross in law school and continued his career as an attorney for the State of Pennsylvania. He is survived by this wife Dorothy, son David , brother Wesley and sister Margi Scotti.
