About Me	Graduated from Bethel College with a major in social studies education and psychology. Played Women's Basketball for 4 years at Bethel College in Mishawaka. First job was at Milledgeville High School in Milledgeville, IL. Taught social science classes there for 11 years and was the student council advisor there for 11 years. Coached JV girls basketball for 5 years there. Married my husband Tim in 1993. We have 3 children. Brock - 14, Allison - 11, and Riley - 10. Moved to my husbands childhood hometown of Morris IL in 2001. Took a job at Gardner South Wilmington High School. I am currently in my 9th year at GSW. I am the National Honor Society Advisor. I have taught social studies and driver education classes at GSW. I am currently teaching full time driver education. I have been in charge of the Operation Teen Safe Driving Program at our the high school. We have won awards for our program for the last 3 years. We recently won first place in our region for our program and have received over $10,000 in grants in the past 3 years because of the success of our program to pr...(read more)
