PLEASE REMEMBER TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS ASAP! BY MARCH 7TH!!! After the 7th, the rooms will be OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!
WE HAVE TO BOOK ALL OF THE ROOMS in at LEAST ONE BUILDING TO BE ABLE TO HAVE MUSIC OUTSIDE of that building.
Come out and enjoy and relax with us as we take time to visit with one another, enjoy the waves and the ocean breeze! We are currently estimating our Ticket Prices for per person and per couple. Which will cover the cost of the (Banquet Room, Food and Music).
Friday, April 21: "Meet & Greet"
Join us on the 3rd level in the banquet room prepared just for our event. Starting at 5:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m.
Saturday, April 22 "Tour of the New Bwood Campus"
Mid-morning, Lori Moy will give those who haven't visited the New Brazoswood Campus a special tour.
Those who don't attend the campus tour, can enjoy the beach and some visiting time. We will have selfie backgrounds for photos to be taken and please upload to them to a link that will be provided, so they can be archived and shared with the Class.
Maybe some might enjoy a game of Golf that morning?
"Lunch" will be provided on the 3rd level banquet room.
NO GLASS IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE
SEAHORSE BAR & GRILL WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR OTHER MEALS & DRINKS ON YOUR OWN ACCORD.
THIS VENUE HAS A FULL TABC BAR, SO IF YOU BYOB, PLEASE KEEP THEM IN YOUR ROOMS.
"Our Evening event" will include an
In Memory Balloon Release to include our Fallen Classmates, followed by a Meal with Music and Merriment.
A Cash Bar will be available,
(Families of the Fallen (Classmates will be invited to join us that evening)
The music, and all of us will have to move over to one of the large deck areas downstairs by 11 p.m. The banquet room will be closed. Or we can always hang out on the beach like the Old Days?
Sunday, April 23rd: "Mid-Morning Brunch"
