About Me	Married husband #1, moved to Guadalajara, Mexico. Daughter, Elisa Marie was born in '71. Left at gunpoint. Returned to Lake Jackson, divorced. Became active in the Women's Center. Remarried 14 years later to Jaime Alvarez-Calderon, a Dow engineer who was born in Lima, Peru. At Dow I was global coordinator for technical writing and document management and travelled globally supporting 150 sites and 500 libraries until I retired in '04 - the same day as my husband did.
