About	Jose attended Peterson HS in Sunnyvale, CA his first 3+ years but transferred to Branham HS his senior year (in Dec. 1969) where he graduated the following June (1970). Jose enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps soon after graduation (July 1970) and served until April,1985. According to his FB profile, his primary job in the Marines was Aviation Ordinance Technician (3rd Marine Aircraft Wing). He served two tours of duty overseas in Japan and Guam. After discharge from the Marine Corps, Jose worked as a Test Vehicle Operator at the U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground in Yuma, Arizona. In 2011, Jose retired, and he and his wife Thenda moved to St. Paul, Minnesota where he passed away on Feb. 27, 2020 due to cancer. He was a Viet Nam era veteran and is buried at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery in Little Falls, Minnesota.
