From the Grants Pass (Oregon) Daily Courier: Cathy retired as a health insurance agent. She moved to the Illinois Valley (Oregon) in 2002 from Fort Worth, Texas. She passed away at her home in Cave Junction, Oregon from pancreatic cancer. Survivors include two sons, one daughter, one brother, two sisters, and four grandchildren.
