About Me	after working in retail for a big part of my adult life, I ended up in law enforcement when I was in my late 30's. I started in Florida as a correctional officer then I ended up in Georgia where I got a job with Hall County Correctional Inst. I was there for 2yrs and was promoted to Lt., a position I held for 17yrs. During my employment there, I was also on the K9 team for 5yrs. I retired from HCCI after 19yrs. I now work for the City of Gainesville. I pick up inmates from the place I retired from and take the them out on work detail, a lot less pressure working on the outside than the inside.
