About Me	My place of birth is Harrodsburg,KY. I attended Shakertown Elementary School in Mercer County until I moved to Bowling Green, KY during the 4th grade. I left Bowling Green when I graduated from WKU and moved to Madisonville, KY when I started teaching in the Hopkins County School System. I met Glen, my husband while I was living in Madisonville. Glen and I moved to Henderson, KY. in 1986 because of our jobs. I have now lived in Henderson, KY longer than I have lived in any other town. My husband, Glen Alan Winstead is from Evansville, IN. We do not have any surviving children or grandchildren. Our only child, Leigh Ann died from complications of a rare syndrome called ROHHAD. There is no cure for this diagnosis and the cause is unknown. We belong to the ROHHAD Facebook Support Group and have joined other parents with living and deceased children to support the cause and research about ROHHAD.
