About Me	Attended graduate school at the University of Washington and The Ohio State University under a National Science Foundation Fellowship, receiving a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Washington in 1974. Moved to Richland Washington in 1974 and worked on various US Department of Energy (formerly the Atomic Energy Commission) projects until retirement 30 years later.
