For 10 years he was Active Duty, first as a Research and Development Engineer, then a Flight Commander at OTS and the remainder in various locations and positions in Civil Engineering. Since 1994 most of his career has been with Civil Service: USFW, Air Force and Army. Two exceptions were when he worked for Fairbanks Memorial Hospital and Fairbanks North Star Borough. He was Public Works Engineering Chief at Ft. Wainwright, Alaska and on the Servants’ Touch Ministries Board of Directors (prison ministry for youth).
