| About Me | After 5 years of college, I began a carreer in housing & community development and Union work. I served in NYC for one year before returning to the Norfolk City govt as a Model Cities program Housing planner. Then I went onto Wilmington, DE, Alexandria, VA in community organizing posts. I then went to HUD Hdqt in DC for 25 years where I retired. While at HUD I served programatically as a grant specialist.
