About Me	It’s amazing to reflect on how far life has taken us since those cherished days at Booker T. Washington High School. When I walked across the graduation stage in 1984, I dreamed of seeing the world and making a meaningful impact—and I’ve been fortunate to live that dream and more. After graduation, I proudly served a decade in the U.S. Army, which took me to incredible destinations and provided unparalleled opportunities. My journey included working in Data Telecommunications in Giessen, Germany; supporting intelligence operations at U.S. Army Europe headquarters in Heidelberg; representing our nation at the U.S. Embassy in Bonn; and serving at the Pentagon and the White House. These roles instilled in me a deep sense of purpose, resilience, and leadership. Transitioning from military service, I entered the corporate world, where I held senior and executive leadership roles across a range of industries. Later, I returned to government service as a senior federal civilian, retiring as a senior acquisition professional. Each chapter brought invaluable lessons that shaped my leadership and commitment to excellence. Today, I am living a new chapter as CEO of two companies. INNOFUSION STRATEGIES LLC is my strategic consulting firm, where I assist government and commercial executive leaders achieve their mission goals by blending cutting-edge AI with innovative strategies. Aspire Beyond LLC, soon to transition to a nonprofit, is my philanthropic labor of love, dedicated to empowering young professionals and underprivileged youth with the tools, mentorship, and knowledge to create their own pathways to success. This year, I also accomplished a personal milestone by publishing my book, Forging Your Own Path to Success Beyond Conventional Boundaries: Creating Pathways Where None Appear. Available on Amazon, it’s a guide for those striving to overcome barriers and define success on their own terms. Being featured on Yahoo! Finance as a member of The Inner Circle was another unexpected but humbling recognition. These days, my spouse and I are enjoying life in sunny Florida while preparing for a new adventure as international residents as well.
