About Me	Married Cindy Coombs, (class of 75), had four children. Spent three years in the Army right after high school as a computer operator. We were stationed in Washington and Germany. Came back to the Ogden area for two years and worked at Thiokol. Re-joined the Army to attend flight school because I always wanted to fly. Spent seventeen more years flying helicopters for the Army around the world. We were stationed in Alabama,Texas, Alabama, Germany, North Carolina, Korea, and Fort Campbell Kentucky. We were lucky enough to be able to travel to all these places as a family. I retired from the Army in 1997 in the Ft. Campbell area, after combat tours in El Salvado, and Desert Shield/Storm. I then did some safety consulting, taught high school for 3 1/2 years and also taught flight school for the Army. I was recalled for service in Iraqi Freedom One and flew helicopters for the Army for two more years before re-retireing in April of 2005. I now work as a Safety Engineer Supervisor for Halliburton in the Kabul/Bagram Afghanistan area. I work for four months, then Cindy and I travel somewhere, and i go back to wo...(read more)
