About Me	Day after day I sit and watch the four walls of my empty life. Like a room without furniture, without decoration. I stare at the door but today, again, no one knocks. I sit alone, broken and tormented by the loneliness. I don’t speak because I know the only voice I will hear is my own. The silence is deafening and I want so much for it to go away. I avoid the mirror for I know mine is the only face I’ll see looking back. I don’t laugh, not even a smile. There’s no one here but me. The only touch I feel is my own, how cold and unwelcome it is to me. I am sad, I cry a lot. I hurt. I don’t feel any more. I am afraid. I want no one. I want someone. I can’t decide any more. Don’t touch me for I fear I may want more and I know you can’t give to me what I need. Don’t talk to me for I fear you do so only out of pity. Don’t care about me for I have become unlovable. I’ve fallen into a deep crevice and I know not when I will crash into the bottom. Sleep has become my only joy because in sleep I don’t think. I don’t feel or want.
