BEEP?BEEP??..BEEP?BEEP??.BEEP?BEEP??.. BEEP?BEEP??? Newsflash. Stop the presses. Kristin (Krissie) is going to participant in ?Team in Training? that means she going to run a marathon. Yes, folks a marathon, 26.2 miles, 26.2 long miles. Is she crazy? Probably! But it all for an amazing organization, ?Team in Training?. ?Team in Training? is part of the Leukemia Lymphoma Society (LLS). Their mission is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin?s disease and myeloma and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. I know you are probably thinking so what does one have to do with the other. ?Team in Training? participants (like me) raise money not only to help fund research for a cure but also help to support programs that improve the quality of life for patients and their families. Each participant (like me) chooses and event and agrees to raise a set amount of money that supports the LLS. All donations are 100% tax deductible and 75% of the money raised goes straight to research funding, direct finical aide to patients and education programs in schools and advocacy and community services.
My goal is $2100. I am asking you to help me reach this goal in hopes that it with help the LLS to reach theirs. Do not worry I will do all the training. You can help by sponsoring me.
