I joined the Alabama Army National Guard 5 May 1977 in my JR year of HS along w David Sanders & Keith Yell, Ebb Deason let us out of school a week early, we were gone the entire summer and completed Basic and Telephone Installer Linemane sch (AIT) , I went on full time Recruiting Duty i n Huntsville 3 day after completing HS, stayed til age 34/1994, then took a transfer to Opelika as a Training Officer for my last 4 yrs of active duty and retired @ age 38/1998.
