Scott M. Witthar Went to "Stanley Elementary" and Proceeded To "Blue Valley Middle" then Graduated at "Blue Valley High School". He achieved the highest Rank in scouting recieving his Eagle (Eagle Scout). Scott was fun and energetic sometimes a lil goofy And Always a Good Friend and Father. He was married (Tasha) and Leaves 2-Sons & 1-Daughter. He will be missed and remembered always.
