About Me	My proudest accomplishments are having been a proud Navy wife for over 32 years and our daughter and son. They have both grown into awesome adults whom we could not be prouder of. Our son and his wife had our first grand baby just before the Pandemic of 2020 hit. We are looking forward to it being gone so that we can spend lots of time with Luke and his Mommy and Daddy. I have always loved traveling but really discovered how much so during our tour in Japan from 2011-2014. I had the opportunity to explore some of Japan and also visit Hong Kong, Singapore,South Korea (including a tour of the DMZ) and Guam. Unfortunately, I didn't get to Australia like I had hoped to. I made a number of trips back to the US during that time as well including flying Space-A on some military flights which was quite interesting. One of those was to and from Hawaii to surprise our son for his 21st birthday while he was stationed there as a Marine. My coolest flight ever was having the opportunity to fly in a Navy C-2 Cod from Japan out to sea and landing onboard the USS George Washington and then we catapulted off to go back to Japan.
