Maxwell Lee Watson (Max) Obituary
Maxwell Lee Watson, of Bedford, Pa., passed away peacefully, after a brief illness at this daughter's home in Petersburg, W.Va., on Nov. 5, 2023.
Born Nov. 1, 1951, in Cheverly, he was the son of Jesse W. Watson and Grace U. Watson, of Bedford. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Karen S. Hollis.
Max most enjoyed playing his guitar and singing. He produced a CD from his original music he wrote.
He is survived by his three daughters, Jennifer (Watson) Grabinski, of Petersburg, W.Va., Grace Watson, of Cumberland, and Karli Neff, of Warrenton, Va.; Grandchildren, Lori Harmen. Austin Cullers, Kayla Cullers, Keirah Cullers, Hayden Cullers, and Esca Cullers, Josiah Neff, Noelle Neff, Jack Neff, Caroline Neff, and Elijah Neff. He is also survived by his three brothers, Johnny W. Watson, of Poolesville, James M. Watson, of Cumberland, and Daniel W. Watson, of Brenham, Texas; and one sister, Pamela K. Cover, of Cumberland.
At his request, his body was cremated. There will be a private memorial for family at a later date.
