Charles Earnest Taylor, of Ellett, died Saturday, April 4, 2015, at his home. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Mannon Taylor; brother, James Preston Taylor; and son, Rex Allen Taylor. He is survived by his father, Allen Taylor; brother, Allen Junior Taylor and wife, Joyce of North Carolina; two aunts, Nellie Wood and Edna Gearheart, of Christiansburg, Va.; two grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to a charity of your choice or to the North Fork Baptist Church Cemetery. Services will be held privately. Horne Funeral Service.
