About Me	Since graduating in 1996, I have dedicated my life to volunteer service and leadership in the not-for-profit sector. I was awarded the prestigious Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal in the US Navy and other "Volunteer of the Year" awards from various charities, including the AIDS Resource Group of Evansville, since. I served as Executive Director of the American Red Cross in southern Indiana for (2) years and currently assume the role of Director for a transitional housing program for homeless families with children. I am a Board Member for Vanderburgh County Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) and an adjunct professor at the University of Evansville.
