Juanita J. Packard age 64, of Spencer, OH passed away at her home on Tuesday, September 10, 2013. She was born on June 2, 1949 in Cleveland, OH to Dale and Ruth Douglas Wagner. She graduated from Black River High School in 1967 and married Allan Packard on June 29, 1968. Juanita was a former employee for Society for Handicapped Citizens. She was a member of the Spencer United Methodist Church, Spencer Police Citizens Academy and was also involved with Club Connection After School Program.

Memorial service will be Sunday, September 15, 2013 at 3:30 PM at the Spencer United Methodist Church, 201 East Main St., Spencer, OH.
Rev. Lenore Robinson will officiate.
Inurnment will be in Spencer Cemetery.
Visitation will be 2 hours prior to the service (1:30 – 3:30 PM Sunday) at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cleveland Clinic Foundation or to the family to help with medical and final expenses.
