About	Tammy Ann Packard- Baker age 42, of Spencer, OH passed away Monday, April 13, 2015 at University Hospital surrounded by family. She was born in Elyria, OH on February 2, 1973 to Allan and Juanita (Wagner) Packard. She was a 1991 graduate of Black River High School and married in 1993. Tammy was District 3 Vice-President for FFA in 1991-1992. She was a Tupperware consultant in which she enjoyed. Tammy loved 4-H and attending fairs and helping with her sons. Surviving are: Sons – Cory of Burbank, OH Kyle of Sullivan, OH Cameron of Homerville, OH Father – Allan Packard of Spencer, OH Sister – Carolyn Simpson of Spencer, OH Brother – Scott (Helen) Packard of Homerville, OH Grandmother – Ruth Krueck of Burbank, OH Aunt & Uncles – Connie Kress, Joanie Voorhees, Doug Krueck, James Sooy, Elaine and Rick McQuate, Chris and Ed Cironi, and many nieces, nephews and cousins who will miss her dearly. She was preceded in death by her mother Juanita in 2013, aunts Lynn Sooy and Linda Brandel, uncle Bill Kress, grandparents, Wilbur and Margaret Packard and grandfathers, Harold Krueck and Rev. Dale Wagner.
Events	A celebration of life will be Sunday, April 19, 2015 at 3:30 PM at the Spencer United Methodist Church, 201 East Main St., Spencer, OH. Rev. Lenore Robinson will officiate. Inurnment will be in Spencer Cemetery. Visitation will be 2 hours prior to the service (1:30 – 3:30 PM Sunday) at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to Allan Packard, PO Box 366, Spencer, OH 44275 to help the family with medical and final expenses.
