Cora loved Bixby High School football and attended most of the home game. If she wasn't at the game, she was listening to the game on the radio. She attended Shellenbarger Church, for about 50 plus years before moving to town, and it was easier for her to attend the Assembly Church. She was a member of DECA, Pep Club, Choir.
